3 Mile Project

I cant tell you the last time I stayed up all night.  Until last night.  23 hours of awakeness.  The Youth Ministry Homies had an All Nighter at the 3 Mile Project.  Probably the coolest unknown new thing in Grand Rapids, check out the link here.  So much fun, and now I'm thinking I want an xbox 360!

So Merry Christmas Officer 301 whoever you are, and thank you for not ticketing my car last week.  I know you probably debated, and honestly I did too.  I mean, I saw the lines, but my movie was starting even as I debated.  So I put it in 'P' and ran, (literally) through the parking lot into my movie.  I knew I was not actually in a spot and I knew if I got a ticket I was going to have to deal, so thank you my Rent-a-Cop friend for having some Christmas cheer and sparing me the hassle of figuring out how to pay you $10. 

Merry Christmas Eve to all!  I hope you're not up to your eyeballs in scotch tape!

Last Wednesday was our big Christmas party with the Youth Ministry.  This time around we had the Golden Puma - in which you bring a gift that you already have, but isnt just total junk, aka body wash you havent used, or an old basketball, or a puffy vest you no longer wear.  Good times were had by all!

AMPlify

Over the weekend was the Annual GFS Christmas Party, and it was a good one!  The theme was AMPlify: Attitude, Mission, Progress.  Sinbad did comedy, Mega 80's rocked out, Sawyer Brown sang his hits and the food was fantastic!  I also took a great date - Kari!  The meeting capped off a great year - I love where I work!

All in a day's work

This past Wednesday was our department Christmas party at work, which means Betsy becomes a little Christmas elf for a few days! :)  It was really fun and my team even won our year long competition!  Wahooo!  Here are a few photos -

Seems like all I do is blog about birthdays!  I live for them apparently! :)  Over the weekend I was able to celebrate 6 big years with Will Hoogendyk.  Stars Wars - Cowboy was the name of the game!
