So my friends and family can be up on life here in GR

Three more weeks

For whatever reason I got on a three week picture rotation, so another bit of time has gone by and I have a few more photos to share.
I'm midway through my third trimester and feeling good; for which I'm thankful.

We've taken birthing classes (wide eyed emoji), ordered the crib, and scheduled a lot of one-more-time-before-bebe-comes things, like a hair appointment for me :)

We three queens

It's good to share things with friends.
I've had the fun of sharing pregnancy with two other women at church who are due just about the same time as me.

Here we are! All due within 2 weeks of each other :)

I've also had the fun of growing up with these two girls and sharing various stages of life with them. Our paths have lead in very different ways but our friendship remains and I'm so thankful. :)

Bride-to-be, Togolese Bachelor winner, and Mom-to-be ;)

Let the joy continue!

Saturday was a great day

To stand in the cold and wind blowing directly off Lake Michigan to get a Pronto Pup. And it was.

AND to celebrate Arie's 1st birthday! What a dollie!

Hopefully there are many more pups and Arie birthdays in our future!

Let's go #25!

How is it that every high school gym in America has the same smell? And always has?
We went to our nephew's basketball game last Friday and the smell was just about enough to time warp me back to my own gym rat days.

Box out!

Look at that free throw form!

It was fun watching Nicholas and the environment, in which, not much has changed since I left high school.
Oh, I'm also keenly aware that Sperry's are heading out and classic Keds in a variety of colors are making a strong showing. Who says this isnt a fashion blog?!

He's the Man

Senor Pedro has always been muy helpful, but he's upped his game while we've been waiting for Le Bebe. Talking me off the ledge, helping around the house, and bringing flowers at just the right times. Yes, times. :)

Hot Date to Yesterdog

He's been seen making dinners and indulging my all of the sudden need for cookies :)

Note: I had only requested he carry the vacuum upstairs. He REALLY dislikes vacuuming, which typically works out because I kinda like it.
The sight of him vacuuming was SO funny to me, I had to photograph it!

My mom keeps saying I'm lazier than a pet raccoon...she might be on to something :)

Anniversary #2

Happy Anniversary to us!  I was shocked how many people remembered, thank you to you!

We ended up taking the following Friday off and spent the day together, which was nice since the rest of the weekend was filled with birthing classes for Le Bebe.

Nothing says love or Happy Anniversary quite like Star Wars

A quick lunch and then a long nap - THAT says Happy Anniversary to me :)

The LAST gift of Christmas!

Over the New Year's weekend, we spent time in Boyne celebrating Christmas one last time with Marv and Linds and fam.

Percy the train was at the nativity!?!

Aww sweet Virginia

Smiley baby girl!

1. Mom and her beautiful gifts. 2. Mom and her beautiful gifts photobombed by Mos

 Christmas elves

Mos got a clock just like Uncle Peter's; well maybe not JUST like it but close enough ;)

Working together to set up a very cool train table - some cousins have all the luck!

Saturday breakfast was beautiful and delicious.

We spent lots of time snuggling the babies

and sharpening our card skills :)

And now it's back to work and on to birthdays and a 2016 birth day. yay!

Welcome 2016

I actually didnt even make it to say a personal hello at midnight, that's much too late for me these days! But we did celebrate a birthday and enjoy a little time with Moses, so 2015 ended well.

Chinese for dinner seems about right for me

Evie was giving Mos some very important drawing tips

Jenga: a classic birthday party game

 Mmm cake! Happy Birthday Becca!

Uncle Peter rounded out the evening by practicing his bed time reading skilz. Passed with flying colors!

Welcome 2016, we've been looking forward to you!
