This was the name given to me over the weekend :)  I went to DC to spend time with my brother and his family and meet their newest little one!

We had fun touring, shopping, hanging out, and visiting with friends!

So Corny

Earlier this spring I said to my parents, 'I think I have corn coming up in my garden!'  We all just chuckled at that thought.  

Well...

Turns out I have corn growing in my front garden!

Someone who's really great spoiled me with these - arent they pretty?!  I enjoyed them all week!

I got a new TV hutch, (thanks to all who helped with installation!) and the above flowers got new life in a coke bottle on my mantle -

13 Ladies and Counting

I was able to spend the weekend in Chicago celebrating Kari along with 11 other super girls! what a great group supporting her!  Two things I learned - dont eat the pink feathers shedding off the boa and get off the train at your stop!  But it wouldnt be an adventure if you did things right all the time!

Olympic Fever

Was anyone else staying up WAY past their bed time in the last weeks?  But it was great and definitely worth it, I just love them!!  And I'm officially a gold and bronze medalist! :)
