Molls helped celebrate her grandparents 46th anniversary

And got all dressed up to celebrate her Aunt's graduation

Busy baby weekend!

New terminology

Since Miss Molly arrived I've picked up a few new words and phrases.

Binks, always need to have a binks nearby.

This is called 'taking a relaxer'

Big baby stretching! and listening to her iPodie.

What we've been up to

We've been up to a whole lot of important nothing. Most days are spent right here at home, sometimes we get out though.

In house parties :)

 Molls went to her first girls lunch.

Visits to Grammy and Granpy's. When he knows Molly's there he's able to pack up for the day ;)

It's a good nothingness. I know we're accomplishing a lot in it! :)

Hi! I'm ONE month!

Molly turned one month, and what a month!

We went from A to B :)

Some noteables:

Born! yay!

Came home!

Figured out nursing

Back to birth weight at 2 week appointment

Has very good head control

Grew eyelashes

Sneezes - five in a row is her record!

Had lots of visitors

Slept 7 hours...once

Visited the museum twice

Relaxed - she opens her hands and flails her arms and legs instead of curling up tight

Still crosses her ankles :)

Smiles

Used her baby carrier and loves it!

Learned who Dad is

How we hang out. Almost like bunk beds :)

Peter has been telling me that we should get a kitty bed. I however have a very dim view of furniture for animals, I feel they should just use what's available. Well, she's doing just that and she's very thankful to finally have a decent place to sleep.

Now that her mother and that baby are around all the time, it's very hard for a kitten to catch a decent bit of sleep. I'll find her in the oddest spots trying to get some peace and quiet :)

For those of you who are nervous about kitties and babies: Madge is generally disinterested in Molly. Just like with us, she's not interested in sitting with her just observing with a 5 foot buffer.

Easter and outings

Easter Sunday was pretty low key. We went to lunch, napped, dressed up Molly and then enjoyed a darling Easter basket delivery!

Later in the week, cousin Mos and Ginny came to meet Molly. They were SO into her! :)

 Since the rain was settling in we decided to hit the public museum, is there anything better than the carousel? Mos said he 'LOVED' it!

 Molly also found out the charms of DeVries Jewelry. Daddy's in trouble :)

Friday night it was no April Fool, we celebrated Mom V's birthday. Dinner out and cupcakes back at their house.

Life is good in Molly's world!
