A Quickie

Dad and I needed to do a little car swapping up in Boyne, so we drove up on a snowy Wednesday afternoon.  We were able to see the little man and have dinner with his parents too.

Good news: he still does the sweet little tuck and snuggle! Gah! Be still my heart! :)

Did you think I was going to say nuts? or crazy?!  psht!  no!

The other night we we having a lazy afternoon of errands, visiting family, and picking up pizza for dinner when we both noticed how lovely the evening daylight was.  So we took a detour home and snapped these for good measure.

I should note: these we taken about 6 pm.  The temps and snow might not think so, but daylight tells me winter's back is breaking!  We're getting out of the dark days!

Does that sound like a January forecast to you?!  Me either!  But it was!  

The Mr. Honey and I have a bit of a checklist that we're working through, things we want to do.  One of the items was a trip to the Frederick Meijer Gardens.  He had never really been, and I love it, so we took advantage of the 58 degree Saturday in January.

I got Mr. Sweet MSU bball tickets for Christmas, and I was so hoping he'd pick me to go as his lucky date!  Really had to twist his arm ;)

State toyed with Purdue for a while, then got their act together and won by 20 points!
