Busy Baby Weekend

We've just come off a wonderfully busy weekend. We did so much and loved so much!

We kicked things off Thursday by spending time with cousins who had come to visit and share in the celebrations! Molls' cousins love her and she loves them. 

Then is was off to her church shower, and what a shower it was! So many people came to say they love her. It was overwhelming and wonderful, we are so thankful!

Friday we took things easy, enjoyed spending time with Aunt Andrea and Uncle Marv who came in for the weekend too!

Saturday we were back at it! This time being showered by my mom's side of the family. They used my baby things as decorations, so fun! 

Sunday was my first Mother's Day and it was definitely one I'll not soon forget. We had Miss Molly dedicated at church. Most of our family was able to be there and a few sweet friends too. After church everyone came back to our house for a delicious lunch. The weather was perfect and the company so nice!

It was so nice to do all the things we did, thank you to all who celebrated with us!

She's been hittin' 131 like crazy lately :)

Molls helped celebrate her grandparents 46th anniversary

Visited dad's office before a birthday party

And got all dressed up to celebrate her Aunt's graduation

Busy baby weekend!

New terminology

Since Miss Molly arrived I've picked up a few new words and phrases.

Binks, always need to have a binks nearby.

This is called 'taking a relaxer'

Big baby stretching! and listening to her iPodie.

More new words to come I'm sure!

More and more this is my mantra.

What we've been up to

We've been up to a whole lot of important nothing. Most days are spent right here at home, sometimes we get out though.

Visits to Grammy and Granpy's. When he knows Molly's there he's able to pack up for the day ;)

Hi! I'm ONE month!

Molly turned one month, and what a month!

We went from A to B :)

Some noteables:

Born! yay!

Came home!

Figured out nursing

Back to birth weight at 2 week appointment

Has very good head control

Grew eyelashes

Sneezes - five in a row is her record!

Had lots of visitors

Slept 7 hours...once

Visited the museum twice

Relaxed - she opens her hands and flails her arms and legs instead of curling up tight

Still crosses her ankles :)

Smiles

Used her baby carrier and loves it!

Learned who Dad is
