The Most Spectacular

I think one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen was a few years back at the DC Cherry Blossoms. It was a perfect day and the blooms were absolutely spectacular - like cotton candy puffs.

So when the gardens were saying that their blossoms were blooming, I knew I had to get there before the rain came! It was worth it!!!

But first, a greeting from Reepacheep the most valiant of mice.

Easter this year

This whole phases of the moon business of timing Easter is for the birds. It ought to be mid April every year. I am not ready for a blossom or bunny in March, but in April...they're just right!

Good thing that's not really what makes Easter so wonderful; it's our Savior's triumph over death, and that is a reason to celebrate ANYDAY!
