Remember when I was Johnny on the spot with this blog? I couldnt have imagined taking a month to post a trip! Better late then never!
Peter and I visited Boston over Labor Day. We tucked Little Miss in bed at her grandmother's, kissed her little head, and jumped on a plane the next morning! Yay!
Our friends picked us up from the airport and were the best tour guides and hosts - thank you Beverly and Dick! We started at Bunker Hill and all 500 of its steps - work out WHAT?!

The Freedom Trail! We went without the reenacting tour guide. I guess Peter went without, I had Peter ;)

pastor crusher things.

USS Constitution fully restored and floating for the first time in 2 years! yay! We wondered how you get to be the Admiral of this ship, talk about a cushy military position!

We spent an evening reliving our Italian honeymoon in Boston's
Little Italy, it definitely brought back some great memories!

cannolis from Bova's - our waitress gave a glowing
wicked ahsome recommendation about them. It was perfect and they were great.

Sunday was for going to church, drinking coffee, eating cookies, and most fun: visiting with
friends! Thanks for
hosting us Sarah and Scott!
Monday was for tours.

Duck Boating
We stopped by America's Test Kitchen too. Completely underwhelming and closed yet so satisfying!
Evening
Duck Boat tour/cruise. Lovely date and beautiful sites
Tuesday we were wicked smaht and went back to school at
Harvard! It's a great deal if you can get in! Ima have to go Tiger Momma on Ms. M!
To stay smart we hit the
library next followed by
lunch in the park across the street. Very
smart.
Our last stop was back to
Fenway for a game! We saw the first 9 innings of 19! It ended up being the longest mlb game in 2017!
Ooo Scott and Sarah were with us - double
bonus!
Wednesday we flew home and hugged our baby :)
