We recently spent the morning at the zoo with friends - fun!!!!!

Beach Babies

It's been a good stretch of beach weather around here lately. 

The water is warm and the sand it HOT!

This was really the first trip to the beach for Little Miss, she loved it! 

The sand, the water, the friend to show her the way!

Oh, the snacks too. Snacks and beach go hand in hand.

A few weeks later we headed up to Traverse City with Auntie Kari and Arie and stayed with Grandpa Doug and Grandma Judi. It was so fun to change our routine and spend time with them.

Both of them were telling us they were not tired and had no intention of sleeping on the way home...mhmm, right. 

Being with friends is so good. We're very thankful for them!

July is full of birthdays including Handsome Pete the most fabulous dad in allll the Land of Kelsey!

 Then we cashed in on birthday concert tickets with Peter's parents - Happy Birthday to you...again!

Happy year! See you next July and we'll do it all over!

Our guest situation was outrageous!!

Twelfth: Nantucket Baking Company
Consumed: Chocolate dipped coconut macaroon
Guests: Eliza, Marta and my mother :)

That's an even dozen!

Now we must hustle before college starts!

We kicked things off on the Second with a day in South Haven and a birthday party for Mom Taylor.

Enjoying the third in our Red, White, and Blue

On the Fourth we hosted a backyard gathering - fun, fun, fun!

In the evening we checked out the Meijer Gardens. Had the place to ourselves - such soaking fun!
