A new necklace from an old one!  

I've had a ripped out page from a magazine floating around for about 3 months now!  And since I had a quiet weekend, I pulled it out and gave it a go!

At basically free - I say uh huh!  and the girls at work said uh huh too!

May 14 was a busy day!  First things first it was Riverbank Run day! 

It was very fun, and I'm so glad I did it; I even had a better time than before!

Then it was off to Brad and Allison's wedding!  Also very fun!

Birthday Party

Last weekend I attended a 10 year old's birthday party - super fun! Oh to be 10 again! :)

This weekend is the River Bank Run - 25k here I come!  Dare to be There!

Meet at Marie's

Last Friday a few of my girlfriends and I met for dinner at Marie Catrib's.  Very yum.  It was great to catch up and chat, and we even got an 'I'm Prego' announcement from Kristina! How exciting!

Top it off with a stop at the Cone Shoppe! :)

Dumb Luck

Recently in my mailbox at work I received this:

Every year gfs does this big March Madness party and we all draw teams and put our names down on the brackets.  I distinctly remember drawing a team (I have no idea which one), looking only at the seed number and saying, 'Oh Great, a middle seed I might as well not sign up!'  But I did, and apparently they had the glass slippers of Cinderella this year!  Giftcard!

A Royal Affair

It all started for me at 5:56 am when I walked into the lobby of the ymca, and caught a glimpse of Miss Kate Middleton's car making it's way to Westminster Abbey.  A flip switched and I was hooked for the day!!   I quick dropped my stuff in the locker room and ran upstairs to ride my royal bike and watch the gala affair with my bogo!  See kari's blog for my attire during the live event.

Then came the 'work day' in which I thought about the wedding a lot, and talked about it on several occasions with my girlfriends, including a celebratory lunch! :)

But the big event of my day came in the evening when I attended a Royal Watch Party!  We had so much fun dressing up and partaking in delicious food and conversation.
