Down on the Farm

Sweets grew up on a farm, his parents still live there, and I wanted to see the land.  So we went out the other night and explored.  Turns out I'm ridiculously farm ignorant, I dont think I had ever been in or that close to a corn field, aside from a haunted maze (doesnt count). 

It was SO beautiful.

I guess the song is right after all.

These are some good days of life.  We just had a new baby born into the family, and now Marvin and Lindsay are expecting their first little lamb chop in January.  

As a family, we are so blessed.  

So it was great fun getting together in Boyne to celebrate Lindsay's birthday!

Bridalpalooza!

I've been a little slow with the blogging lately, there are a number of reasons for that including a slow death of a computer, summer crazy, and Maid of Honor duties!
