A girl and her friends

The other weekend my girlfriends whisked me away to Traverse City for a weekend full of girlness!  It was JUST what the Dr. ordered, and I'm so glad for a group of friends so willing to give of themselves to celebrate our friendship!

The hostesses with the mostest!

Allll the girls!  We got a lesson in cupcake decorating then got to try our hand at it!

The Matron of Honor and the best friend a girl could have! :)

I'm starting to like going everywhere with my stylist! For more than one reason!

Everyone gave it their best shot!

We had no fun and there were no laughs. None. Zilch.

Ba bada baaaaaa!

Then it was back for yoga pants and pampering! Nails, hair, hands, and lips!

Dinner was on the penninsula at the Jolly Pumpkin! yum!  Pork Nachos!  GET OUT!

And some gifts later in the evening! fun!

Breakfast in the morning was SO good!  Fresh fruit, french toast bake, and coffee!  Sign me up every weekend! :)

I dont think there HAS to be a wedding to have a weekend away.
Good friends are worth celebrating anytime.
